My daughter received a nice themed Party Birthday Invitations from a neighbor's kid yesterday! I wasn't able to take a picture of the birthday invitation but it is close to the photo below. Aloha themed! I wonder where in the world shall we get a Hawaiian outfit for the little brat, or we just opt of letting her wear a nice white top and floral skirt for the birthday party or,whatever.

Anyways, as I've mentioned about the birthday invitations, I can't help but acknowledge how nice their invites were! Probably expensive by just seeing the paper and envelope that was used. Being a mom is just the most special experience for me! Was really proud of myself and my daughter that is why the moment I was awake after the long hours of labor and birthing, I immediately ask for my mobile phone and forwarded a message (that I made days before my due date) about the details of my birthing experience and told my friends to welcome our little bundle of joy. And as expected, most of them replied with happiness to congratulate us with the coming of our princess.

Anyways, that was some three years ago, but now? If ever given a chance to give birth again? i'm back! yes i am... been in a hiatus for a while, you know.. birthday celebration (the preps and all) made us all so uber busy. anyways, party kwento's and supplier ratings are soon to be posted in here.. just waiting for the pictures from the official photographer :)
anyways just to give the you some sample photos i made a mini slide show below...
thank God for a stress/worry free, fun filled birthday celebration! we had 200++ guests though the party falls on a weekday, there were so many kids who uber enjoyed the games and the magic show!
foods were overflowing -- thanks to my mom who prepared a whole lotta food to back up the catered ones. everyone was satisfied and raving about how good the food tasted :) kids loved their mini buffet and the food carts was a hit to everyone.
venue set up was awed by the guests too! they couldn't believed that it was me who made all those balloon decors with the help of the husband and my cousins--- all labor of love! :)
the sad part only is that Olin had fever during her birthday--the reason she was so matamlay and not in her happy self mood :(

Papa and Jonah

today marks my Papa's 50th and my sister's 20th birthday... Happy Birthday to you!!! :) we love you both so much! :)
although Papa is not here with us to celebrate, which is the saddest part of the story (he has to work abroad) and won't be home 'til end of January. so what my mom did is just prepared a little salo-salo lunch for the family and we had dinner at a resto in Cavite City together with the aunts and cousins. everyone was full after the pig out session, how we all wish Papa was here with us.
anyways, i brought along with me my new toy, and of course took a lot of photos :) be posting next time... :)

Welcome December!

yay! it's December 1st already! MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone! :) this is my time of the year! can't wait for the Noche Buena and Media Noche! pig out session as usual... hehehe... the busiest yet the happiest month i must say. yesterday the husband and i went to SM, did a little shopping of gifts for the chikitings, window shopped for the 'it' dress that i might wear for the Christmas Parties that are lined up and we also did our grocery shopping. good thing we decided not to bring the little brat because as expected tons of people are already doing their thing in the malls as early as now. and yeah, it took as forever to find a parking slot! although we have an appointment for the food tasting on this one caterer we are eying for Olin's birthday we decided to have a quick bite at Greenwich but unfortunately the crew took forever before they were able to serve the food. so technically it wasn't a quick bite after all. argh. Pinoy style at its finest. We then headed to the catering shop after, the foods were great! we then talked about their packages and other offers available for the party etc. so there, we pencil booked the caterer already and we'll be back for the down payment next week. the venue issue is still under nego with the SIL. we onyl have less than 2 months before the party that's why we are trying to settle things down before everyone gets so ngarag. :)
anyways, this morning i suddenly felt the urge to check my referral site, lo and behold! i got paid for my first referral! $15 cold cash added on my funds! teehee! Thank you Yvette Christine Torno! :) and speaking of giddy happiness... i only have 5 days for the dslr camera to come! woohoo!

10 months

today is Olin's 10th month birthday! teehee! :) it has been 10 months already since the good Lord gave us the true meaning of our happiness. we are so thankful for a healthy and happy baby!
as of now Olin knows how to clap her hands, wave bye-bye, acts as if using telephone, plays peek-a-boo big time!, she knows now how to do 'beautiful eyes', dance in her own way whenever she hears a happy song, loves watching wowowee and Princess Sarah. she can stand up on her own-fast. cruise along the furnitures, tried to take her first step but fails. she's so habol with her grandma big time. loves yakult and yogurt. so into eating solids. uberly loves sinampalukang manok and sinigang and anything with rice :) actually she's not a picky eater, making things easier for all of us. no more baby cereals for her now, she hates it naman kasi. and yeah she also loves tomato juice, i wonder why and how?! hehehe..

yeah, HAPPY 4TH MONTH GAB!!! and happy 11 MONTHS KEYAN!

Olin's 9th month

whew! we just came home from my in-laws place, remember my MIL, SIL and daughter had a sleep over here last night? well just this morning FIL picked us all up to spend the whole day in their house :) we weren't supposed to come with them but today is a really special day for the princesses of the clan... it's Olin 9th and Gab's 3rd month birthday! hooray! :)
MIL cooked yummy spaghetti, fried chicken and bought a chocolate torte cake from Red Ribbon! :) uber delicious merienda for everyone! :)
we all thank God for the healthy babies in the family :) yes, Olin got back her appetite and now in her blast kutatatera mode... just like her mom :p ... and for a few days now she's been a Yakult baby! she loves it so..and not only that, she drinks it with a straw cup! yep... she does that now, sip and all :)
right now i'm cramming for the paid opportunity just waiting to get snatch by who else? the hungry wolf ME! :) be back later... i'll do some money while my birthday brat is sleeping... ssshhhh...

Chloe's 1st Birthday

last Sept. 12, we attended Chloe Sabrielle's 1st birthday party at Mc Donald's, i remember ate Cons (the mom of the celebrant) when we were both pregnant at work, we usually have the same food and fruits during our pregnancy days, my sharing partner of everything, she is 5 months ahead in pregnancy that is why i always asked her about the stages and what-nots of being bulgy!.... and now it is already her daughter's first birthday! Olin loves the balloons and the colorful posters around the party area, she doesn't even mind the princess crown the party manager puts on her head. she wears it the whole time! :) my friends and her ninangs were all so amazed to see her eat so many french fries and how happy baby she was the whole party time. like her mommy as always... a social butterfly! hehehehe...

i was chosen at the bring-me game for the sexiest mommy! nyahahahaha! not that i'm sexy, not! it so happen that i was standing near the host and the father of the celebrant (kuya ayieh) brought me to the center! :) i lose. you know why? because the contestant has to dance TAK-TAK MO! good heavens! now way! i declared BAWI! and let my equally sexy opponent win! and yes, she dance till she drops in the tune of ITAKTAK MO! hehehe...
