elliptical what?

didn't go with the husband tonight at his friday night meeting in Alabang, i would love to, but the body is not cooperating, so what i'm doing now is finishing all my soon to due posts. ive'd been staring at this computer for almost fifteen minutes now, because i cannot seem to think on how will i write about this elliptical the sheriff has given my way... i'm not complaining here for the record. but i'm totally clueless about this thing, better google it for the meantime.. can anyone help? :)
