4th day of no rice

For the record, this is my fourth day of my no rice policy :D hooray to that! Well, aside from my daily 10-15 minutes treadmill time, I also cut down my carbohydrates in take (read: rice) that I believe makes me fat. Hopefully I can last this period of abstinence and give positive results on the next day to come! I really need to get my smaller clothes fit me again, after the holidays everything seems to be two size smaller on my frame and it's totally depressing. So there, more power and good luck to me!
