I was able to catch the evening news earlier and heard about the new ways to catch unruly drivers on the streets of the metro. By using cctv cameras! yes, we are now that techy! Funny, but aren't we that late already? most countries are actually using that way of catching undisciplined drivers and motorist. But you know, it is still better late than never, at least, the government is improving. They can now provide things and technologies such as cameras! I just hope that they will be able to execute their policies and rules on that. And for me, I believe those in charge of the streets and main roads of the metro be enrolled to Online Traffic School being offered of Gotaticket.com. It's one good way of learning the rules and the ways things can be settled and action upon when it comes to traffic and driving.
I also think that it is advisable for those who are getting their license for the first time to really make sure that they are eligible enough to receive that card, make sure to know the ins and outs of road rules and all. Enroll and learn things in proper school too specially if their work has to do a lot of driving.
