the party in the making

here are some of the pics that my cousins and i took while we were making the balloon decors of the venue, morning of the January 25... as ive'd said in my previous posts i don't have any plan of hiring a venue/party place stylist after i learned that it would cost less than ten kyaw (P10k) for a full venue set up! oh no! di kakayanin ng powers namin yun! lol...

so what i did is enrolled myself in the free youtube.com tutorial of balloon art decorating! hahahaha! and voila...

the husband figuring out where to put the balloon cluster that he assemble... he was also the one who climbs up and down the ladder to put the flower balloon at the chandeliers of the venue... masunod lang ang hilig ko! hahaha


my cousin Paul who all the way helped out with the compressor and all! he was one of the who shared ideas of how this and that balloon should look like... stylist din! lol


and the outcome.... first few balloons that was tied up the main chandelier... two balloon burst were add up later on...


and here are the flower pots balloons that ive'd learned to do from youtube! guess what, it really wasn't that hard naman eh... a little patience though is required to get the balloons in place.

but with the almost 4 hours of work--- we were all so uber proud of the outcome! it was something we are all so proud of during the celebration when most of the guests awed our works.. how they say the set up was so beautiful! hehehehe... they didn't know that it was 100% pure labor of love! :) budgeting and planning is such a must right?
